Relax and take things easy at this unique and tranquil Algarvian villa - 800 meters from neighbours - total peace and quiet - quick access to shops, restaurants and beaches. This a real get-a-way the swimming pool is stunning and faces south over the gardens. High quality 6 person hot tub/jacuzzi perfect for star gazing - as a friend says the villa is "always in the sun" The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the annexe a further large bedroom and living area - a true home from home.
Fell in love with Portugal/Algarve approx 8 years ago playing golf locally - brought an apartment in Vale do Lobo playing golf - purchased casa Tranquility in April 2022 - previously owned by english lady and her husband - beautiful quiet place - no neighbours - an oasis of nature - hence name Casa Tranquility - brought as our forever home - at present spending time between London and Portugal hence renting - renovated over the last 2 years - new bathrooms, swimmingpool, etc
Located on small road south of Loule.
The road starts of tarmac/concrete with the last 600 meters are non tarmac - so can get a little dusty.
There are no neighbours so very peaceful (nearest approx. 800 meters)
The whole area is calm and peaceful - there is generally a cooling breeze and the villa faces south and is non overlooked. You can play music by the pool with no disturbance.
There is large car parking area in Villa (behind automated gates) so secure. There is a potential option of hiring a car (to discuss directly with owner) It is easy access to autoroute and 125 road (2-3km)
