A fully renovated traditional house designed to accommodate the comforts of modernity while respecting and enhancing the original architectural features that give personality and charm to every corner! Located in front of a national road with traffic throughout the day, yet secluded enough to provide complete privacy. A spacious suite with a double bed, dressing room with sink, and en-suite bathroom, opening onto an outdoor patio, and two bedrooms with twin beds on the mezzanine level. Access to the mezzanine is via a sturdy wooden and iron staircase. A cozy living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and various books. Connecting with the interior patio, the dining room fills with light, making it an inviting space to relax and socialize. A rustic kitchen equipped with an electric hob, a small countertop oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine (coffee not included). A pleasant patio with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, and an outdoor shower with hot water. A second smaller patio, with access to the suite and kitchen, invites to freshen up during the hot summer nights.
