These are small little townhouses, built with traditional "taipa" walls, which retain the heat in the winter and keep the interior fresh during the hot summer months. These houses are located in the historical part of Aljezur, just near the castle. Enjoy the small narrow streets and hike up to the castle for beautiful views and an amazing sunset. My sister and I inherited these houses, and also live in the same street, and because we love it so much here, we want to share it with you. We aim to improve the units every year, but please do not expect any luxuries. These are very simple houses, made with love and care. We hope you feel comfortable and have a wonderful stay.
We are two sisters that grew up in Aljezur and share a deep passion for our hometown and nourish a strong bond to nature and everything that derives from her.
