Property information

Apartment in typical Santos neighborhood. The train to the beaches of Cascais, Estoril etc. is only a 5 min walk from our place (Santos station)! Next door you find a beautiful square with a French bakery with the best croissants in town, and many other popular restaurants, bars, and more. Experience the real Lisbon and mingle with the locals. Enjoy a fully equipped and comfortable place amidst one of the most sought-after districts of Lisbon. All shops, galleries, restaurants, parks, and beautiful streets are next to your doorstep.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located near the center of the city in a quiet and historic neighborhood, away from major roads. There are cafés, restaurants, and convenience store within walking distance in the neighborhood, some as close as 2 minutes by foot. The building is located within walking distance of the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga. Paid street parking is available in the neighborhood during weekdays. Street parking is free after hours, and during weekends and national holidays.
