Our unit is one of 7 that have unobstructed views of the sunset, city and ocean on the entire island. Of the 7 only two are available for short term rental. Unit is very spacious, with new, luxury mattresses and hotel grade bedding/towels to make your stay very comfortable. Highspeed internet and large OLEG TV in unit. Two balconies within unit, and one has table that seats 6. The balconies can be used all year round, regardless of wind/rain as it has doors/windows that can be opened and closed.

We live in Canada but our families are from Sao Miguel. We enjoy the beauty of this island and have visited many times. The most important thing to us is LOCATION! We want to be in a safe, secure area, where we can walk to restaurants and shops both day AND evening and be close to the ocean. This is our vacation home - not just a place we rent out. So we offer high quality furnishings, great beds, wifi, heat and air conditioning, large smart TV, washer/dryer etc.

Center of Ponta Delgada which is the south side of the island, overlooking the Marina and Ocean. Shops and restaurants are all outside the building doors. Great starting point to visit either side of the island for day trips. Neighboring buildings are all hotels, as this is the most iconic and central street on the island. Our unit offers unobstructed views of breathtaking sunsets, ocean and city views from all windows and BOTH balconies.
