Adelaide is a hard working woman who graduated in hotel management and, after working in the wine industry for 10 years, started managing short-term rental apartments for tourism em 2014.
She started out with an apartment in a location considered unattractive, which proved to be a success, and now manages around 30 apartments and two boats in Lisbon and the surrounding area.
He also organizes events with local products from the Loures region, where he gives a taste of many of the delicacies produced in the municipality.

The whole apartment was rehabilitated in 2017 and it is composed by
- 12 m2 bedroom with a double bed. The double bed can be converted into 2 single beds.
- The living room has a TV, meals and an excellent sofa bed where 2 people can sleep comfortably.
- The kitchen has induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water heater.
- The bathroom is a complete bathroom with shower base.
Located between Parque das Nações and Lisbon Airport, it is 800 metres from Moscavide metro station and a 10-minute walk from FIL, Altice Arena and 2 metro stations from the airport.
It’s an area with an ageing population but with excellent local shops and small family-run restaurants and one of the most interesting and typical areas of Lisbon for those who like to get to know the locals.
Today, Moscavide is a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood, known for its strong local community and mix of old and new buildings. It's a place where you can find both traditional commercial establishments and new modern shops and restaurants.
Moscavide is well served by public transport, including the Moscavide metro station, which is part of the red line of the Lisbon Metro. In addition, the area is accessible by several bus lines and is close to important motorways, making it easy to get to the centre of Lisbon and other outlying areas.

Located nearby Nations Park has become one of the most modern and richest neighbourhoods in Lisbon since it was the site of the 98 World Expo.
It is full of interesting architecture – Oriente Station, Portugal Pavilion, Vasco da Gama Bridge, Vasco da Gama Tower, … – and a pleasant park where you can walk, run and cycle.
For children, there are great options such as the Oceanarium – where you can see the wildlife of all five oceans of the planets – or the Science Museum (Science Pavilion), with interactive exhibitions about technology and science.
There are also many places for interesting events at a short distance: the Altice Arena, site of all the biggest shows and live performances in the city; the Lisbon International Fair, which hosts all kinds of conventions, exhibitions and fairs; the Camões Theatre, headquarters of the National Dance Company; and the Lisbon Casino, which also hosts many live music, theater and dance performances throughout the year.
There is a shopping center 15 minutes walk, with everything you need (clothing, technology, entertainment, books, cinema and supermarket), besides a large restaurant area.
But if you are not in the mood to go to a restaurant in a shopping mall, the park area has many restaurants and cafes, most with great areas to sit outside and an incredible variety of options – Chinese, Brazilian, Portuguese, hamburgers, vegan, etc …
