Cerro Atlantico are apartments of a family character, very suitable for couples, and or families with children who are looking for tranquility. Amenities are only provided on the day of arrival, there. Clean towels are available for exchage at the reception, maximum every 4 days. Every 7 days, sheets and towels are exchanged, apartment is fully cleaned. Please be advised that Check-ins after 23:00 have a 20.00Eur suplement, paid in cash. Please provide arrival expected arrival time so as to minimise waiting on arrival. A security deposit in the amount of a minimum of 200,00Eur in cash or credit card is policy, This amount ir returned upon apartment inspection when checking out. Please note, all units are SELF CATERING, Monthly rate subject to a minimum reservation of 28 days. Security deposit for the total amount of 28 nights will be requested - electricity paid separately.
