The 49 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The swimming pool bar is open from April to September. There is construction work happening around the building at the moment so there may be some noise from this during the day. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Beach/pool towels are provided.
