Eden Sun, as the name suggests, is located at a low altitude in one of the warmest parts of the island, and enjoys full sun from sunrise to sunset. It has an absolutely magnificent ocean view with a full panorama from East to West. It is a modern, bright spacious villa with open plan living areas and large floor to ceiling sliding glass windows to take full advantage of the fabulous view. Prazeres is in a beautiful quiet area, and this rural villa is located below the town in a no through road with very little traffic. It's an ideal spot for getting away from it all and exploring Madeira. The popular beach at Calheta is 10 minutes away and offers safe swimming, scuba diving, fishing and boat trips. Mountains, levadas, the North and East coast are all easily reached by car. Prazeres itself, being less of a tourist spot than many towns, has several excellent, genuine family run restaurants as well as a small supermarket. This is the real Madeira!
