CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: A unique, newly renovated, spacious and charming flat, located in the heart of Ericeira village, just a few steps away to the famous Pescadores beach and surf spots. All main restaurants, bars, cafes and stores are right outside the house creating a lively atmosphere. The building overlooks the village square. A nice terrace offers a relaxing space to enjoy your afternoons and the great ocean breeze. The flat easily accommodates up to 8 people.

The house is located in the centre of old town and a 5-minute walk from the central bus station. There is also a taxi service right out side the house and large public parking is located near the house with free parking in the streets nearby.
