This beautiful house is set in Espinho, 850 meters from Espinho Congress Center. You can explore the area by bike, and the property can arrange car rental. The house is a 12-minute walk from the Blue Front beach. It's a great opportunity for the rest days you're looking for. It's absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a good day at the beach, yet close enough to a big and exciting city like Porto. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

600 meters away from from Baía Beach, it is known by surfers and locals as home to international beach volleyball. Near this beach you will find many seafood restaurants and ice cream shops that invite you to stroll along the beach and enjoy all the splendor of the city of Espinho. Many of the fishermen's houses, a few centuries ago, were acquired by families of possessions, giving rise to Thorn's coastal colony. Today, Thorn is famous for its centenary fair, gastronomy, tourism and leisure, as well as the Casino and Golf Club. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 30 km from the property.
