Modern apartment with some traditional details, located just 7 minutes from the beach (with blue flag), in a very quiet area of Espinho and only 20 km from Porto. The apartment offers a comfy experience, with quality amenities and sea views. During the day, the balcony receives a good deal of light. The perfect serene getaway around Porto! During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

Neighbourhood information

A 15-minute walk from the Baía beach, which is known by surfers and locals as the home of international beach volleyball. You will find many seafood restaurants and ice cream shops that invite you to stroll along the beach and enjoy all the splendor of the city of Espinho. Many of the fishermen's houses, a few centuries ago, were acquired by families of possessions, giving rise to Thorn's coastal colony. Today, Thorn is famous for its centenary fair, gastronomy, tourism and leisure, as well as the Casino and Golf Club. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 30 km from the property.
