Flats 323 has two nice and comfortable apartments equiped with anything you need for a city break. One has a nice terrace facing south where you can have your breakfast and meals or simply relax at any hour, the other one faces the street and it doesn’t have a terrace but is very cosy and nicely decorated.

My property is located in a quiet residential area and well served by public transports. If you want to go downtown and the historic center you better use the metro that is about a 5-10 min walk from the apartment, if you want to go our beaches or Serralves (Contemporary art museum) or our beautiful city park you take the bus that is about a 5 min walk from the property. You have a good supermarket, pharmachy and many restaurants just arround the corner in a maximum 5 minutes walk. You can also walk to Casa da Musica (our main concert hall) that won´t take you more than 10 min and you can also walk until Mercado Bom Sucesso (fresh products market) where you can find fresh produts like vegetables, fruit, fish and meat and also a lot of nice food corners where you can choose between a large range of meals.
