The city center is right next door. This spacious and comfortable apartment is located very close to the Farmers' Market (Mercado dos Lavradores) and other tourist attractions, which makes it desirable for those wishing to discover the city on tour. The property has a maximum capacity of four people, in a double bedroom and a sofa bed available in the living room. In the common spaces of the building, there is a swimming pool, shared by the condominium, where you can enjoy the good weather and sunbathe in the company of friends and family! From the bedroom, you have access to a nice balcony with pool view, where you can eat your meals or read a book in a relaxing time. The house has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. If you want to rent a car, the building has a garage where you can park.

There are several cafes nearby. Most shops, malls, and supermarkets are a ten-minute walk away. This apartment is close to the Farmers Market, Old Town of Funchal and the Cathedral.
