You will have an independent little house at your disposal with immediate access to the swimming pool. The owners will occasionally use the pool as well, but most of the time you'll have it for your exclusive use. The guesthouse is located several meters from the owners' house, but enjoys a lot of privacy, including private patio (only for guests) with a lounge set and a table for meals outside. The house has one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The second sleeping space is located on a mezzanine above the bedroom. It is not tall enough to stand up, but very cozy to relax, with two single mattresses each 90 cm wide. No pets allowed, because we have two little rabbits running freely. We have a strict NO PARTIES or EVENTS policy.
It is a very calm residential area, 10 min driving to the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica, including the nearby beach Fonte da Telha with beautiful cliffs and plenty of restaurants directly at the beach. There are a lot of shops within 3-5 km radius (including Lidl, Aldi, Auchan, etc.). It's better to have a car to move around, or uber/bolt. You can reach Lisbon in 20 min by car.
