Property information

The newest four bedroom luxury Villa of DreamPlaces with view on Marina of Albufeira. All bedrooms are suites. It is just 10 minutes from the boat line, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and everything else the marina has to offer. The Villa is suitable for up to 10 people. It has swimming pool, private park, a large kitchen, fully equipped. The house offers everything needed to have a very positive family vacation. It is located a 20-minute walk from Old Town Albufeira and Beach as well. We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.
