Located in the Exclusive green area of Costa da Guia and less than 5 min walking distance from the sea, this apartment is within 5 min drive of Cascais city centre, 10 min drive from Guincho beach and 25-minute drive from Lisbon. The apartment was entirely refurbished in 2018 and features 2 newly equipped bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and and ample south facing living room and a fantastic balcony with a stunning view of the Lighthouse of Casa da Guia and the ocean. It can easily accommodate up to 5 guests. The condominium has an outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful garden. There is Free WiFi throughout the property and Cable TV with 200 channels, including many english speaking movie channels. Within walking distance, guests will find plenty of restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy, bike rentals and other facilities.

I speak English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Whether you visit as a couple or as a family with kids, I will help you with suggestion for restaurants, activities and places to visit.

Costa da Guia is one of the most superbe area of Cascais. It is close to the city center, yet very quiet. The apartment faces a large green area, with a stunning view on Costa da Guia lighthouse. "Casa da Guia" less than 5 min walk from the apartment is an an old mansion with a very big garden right on in front of the ocean, it has many good restaurants ( Meat, Fish, Sushi...) and lot of activities. There is a bicycle path in front of Casa da Guia which connects to Cascais Center on one side and to Guincho beach on the other. You can rent bicycles in Casa da Guia, as well as book other activities ( surf lessons etc...). For your everyday needs, The apartment is close to several grocery stores, pharmacies etc... and public transportation ( buses) that connect to cascais center in 5-10 min
