As you enter this newly built 3-bedroom apartment you’re greeted by an open and airy living-and dining area which offers it’s tenants tastefully chosen furniture and exquisite interior design- All complemented by an exceptional sea view. The living- and dining area gives way to the large southeast-facing terrace which is fully furnished for both dining and leisure, making it the perfect spot for al fresco meals or to simply enjoy the nurturing sun in one of the sunbeds. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a large center island with a breakfast bar, a wine cooler, and high-end appliances which of all are electric. Imagine being able to savour the incredible sunrises, sunsets, and next level views from the comfort of your own living room, expansive private balcony, or even whilst cooking! However, if you for some reason get tired of looking at the Atlanctic Ocean, you also have a 70-inch Smart-TV with streaming services available to you in the living room. One of the 3 bedrooms is en-suite whilst the 2 addditional bedrooms has bathrooms located just outside its doors for easy access. These bathrooms features walk-in showers and rain shower heads. The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage areas and their own southeast-facing terrace, also with sea view. Here you can have your morning coffee and croissant in peace whilst preparing for the day ahead! You also have access to elevators that goes down to the indoor parking garage and the communal pool with a belonging pool deck and sun loungers, also included in the rental price.
