A lovely Villa in the heart of Vilamoura, close enough to walk to the Marina etc but yet far enough to enjoy peaceful surroundings the sound of birds tweeting and the occasional ping of a golf club hitting a ball off the 13th tee! The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite rooms. 1 of the ensuite rooms has a kingsize bed and the 4 other bedrooms have twin beds that convert into super kingsize beds if required. There is a family bathroom on the 1st floor. There is a comfortable Lounge with Smart tv and free Netflix and dining area which seats 10 people. A modern fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is a seating area with patio table chairs and BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining. An outside lounge area to the front of the property. A seating area on the balcony and a roof terrace that leads off the mezzanine bedroom. The Villa has its own private swimming pool which can be heated in the cooler months (at an additional cost) and poolside sun loungers making it a comfortable area to sit or sunbathe. The property is 20 minutes walking distance to the Vilamoura Marina and a bus stops at the end of the cul-de-sac so a car is not necessary an uber taxi costs between 3 - 5 euros to the marina or beach if your feeling lazy. It is also walking distance to the Tennis academy for those seeking lessons or just some tennis court or padel court time. There are endless attractions in Vilamoura, not only the numerous golf courses, mini golf and beaches but many others. It is a great place for those who enjoy their exercise as workout benches are provided for those who enjoy such activities along the main avenue in Vilamoura.
