Lx Art Flats concept has been designed for hosting people & art. The Flat one was completely renovated in October 2018, providing its guests with soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms. The apartment has tiles from the 18th century, which conditioned the reformulation of the unit, but we wanted to give you the possibility of sleeping among the treasures of Portuguese history. The house is also an open gallery allowing the exhibition of works of art by contemporary Portuguese artists. Its privileged location makes it easy to get anywhere in Lisbon by car or by public transport. With the Metro station of the Military College at 100 meters the centre of the city is 15 minutes or the Expo 25 minutes. Its proximity to the main motorways make it a great base for visiting the centre and south of Portugal or even for business stays with the possibility of parking. The Flat One is part of a condominium in which one praises for the silence and the excellent cordiality between the neighbours, being that only there are two apartments destined to accommodate tourists.

The location of Flat One is unique vis-a-vis the Estádio da Luz (Sport Lisboa e Benfica) as well as the Colombo Shopping Centre, the benchmark in Portugal. Close to the flat are locate the main Portuguese private hospitals, Hospital da Luz and Hospital dos Lusíadas. Parque Monsanto is Lisbon's largest green area, just a few minutes walk from the apartment, where you can choose to go hiking, cycling or horseback riding, maybe you will not find one of the popular squirrels that live there. Carnide presents itself as the best choice in terms of restaurants. Its unique yet unknown house will whet your appetite to eat a great fish in Carvoeiro de Carnide or a Naco na Pedra. We advise you to visit the Church of Benfica dated 1809, as well as one of the most magnificent and unknown churches of Lisbon, the current Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, former church of the Convent of St. Domingos de Benfica, dating from the 14th century.
