Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment located in a quiet area in Agualva, right in the center of the greater Lisbon metropolitan area, close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, transport, local shops and services. It has been completely renovated and exquisitely decorated in a modern and functional way with quality equipment and materials. It has a wonderful terrace with barbecue. It is equipped with Air Conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms. The rooms have huge modular beds (100x200 cm) that can be transformed into King-size beds for couples. Perfectly accommodates 6 adults or the number of children. The mattresses and bedding are of the best quality to ensure a peaceful sleep. The proximity of the train station allows direct and fast connections to the center of Lisbon (Rossio) and Parque das Nações (Gare Oriente) and to Sintra. The center of Lisbon (Marquês de Pombal) is an 11-minute drive away. The center of Cascais village is 16 minutes away. It is located 16 minutes from the main beaches.

Neighbourhood information

Our properties are located right in the center of the greater Lisbon metropolitan area, strategically located to allow a quick visit to the most cosmopolitan areas of Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais. Important places of tourist interest are located less than half an hour from the apartment. Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais concentrate the most important monuments, museums and nightlife in Portugal. The property is situated within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, butchers and other essential services. The restaurants in the area are known for serving hearty, good quality food. If your stay is for medical reasons, you will always be close to clinics and the best diagnostic centers in the country. By car or train, it is possible to quickly reach the main tourist centers of greater Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais. It is just minutes away from the natural beauty of the Lisbon area, its museums, the mouth of hell, the westernmost cliffs in Europe, dine on tasty food near the National Palace in Sintra, Cascais or Lisbon. Don't forget to visit Sintra National Park, as well as Cabo da Roca.
