Our T3 bedroom house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or a retreat with friends. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind and comes with its own private bathroom, complete with a shower, ensuring everyone has their own space and privacy. 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment. 4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the house or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and house doors locked when away from the house. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). 10. Extra guests without authorization is also forbidden. Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings.
