The Pata da Gaivota Boutique House is in the heart of the Silver Coast region. Set in a beautiful vale landscape, Atalaia (part of Lourinhã village) offers a stunning and closer view to the Atlantic Ocean with dozens of award-winning white sand beaches. The Joana Vasconcelos decor private Villa, part of this splendid Boutique House, incorporates decor artifacts of one the most international artists of the modern era – the Portuguese Joana Vasconcelos, combining vintage and modern style together. This is a two-storey private Villa with two bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. This private house has also a large porch with sun loungers, a playground area for the kids, a private barbeque, a garden, a small vegetable garden, and a stunning 14mx7m (46f x 23f) outdoor and shared swimming pool. You can enjoy your private terrace during the day with Ocean view and admire the clear sky at night. The Villa is top-rated and it is highly recommended. We're waiting for you.

The “Costa da Prata” is famous for its ancient towns, breathtaking beaches, and rugged coastline. It is also a popular destination for surfers, and beaches such as Area Branca, Peniche and Nazare are always busy with tourists from northern Europe. Another of the many reasons to love the Silver Coast in Portugal is its proximity to Portugal’s major cities. With Lisbon to the south and Porto to the north, the Silver Coast is well situated in between both of Portugal’s largest urban centers.
