Property information

Nice building, with pool, tennis court and nice garden. The 2 balconies are wonderful to spend some time. One is faced south, ideal for meals and snacks with wood table and chairs. The other is faced to the see side and is wonderful to read a book at sunset.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a very quite neighborhood. Just in the building entrance you can find a hairdresser and a modern barber, coffee shops with wonderful snacks (included our famous and delicious francesinha) and a bakery.
