Property information

This is an old house from the last century totally renovated in 2018. You will be staying between granite walls but with all the modern bathroom and AC. Located centrally in Oporto between the beach (3km) and the old city center (3km) in the biggest avenue in Oporto, in front of the Iconic Casa da Musica. This is a House that includes 6 suites with all the normal privacy of an apartment, but that have a shared full equipped Kitchen, where you can take a coffee or cook a full meal as well as a beautiful shared Garden.

Neighbourhood information

We are in the new center of Oporto. You will be in the main avenue of the city that connects the sea with the city center in a straight 3km line. There are many options to eat out very near, from fast to slow, meat, fish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, vegetarian,... a few meters away. Supermarket at 50m. Subway less then 4 minutes walk, lots of buses, taxis.
