Homing is a 100% Portuguese company that has been operating in the market since 2016 and has a vast portfolio of properties. Whether guests are with us for a period of time and choose to make the properties we manage their home, our goal is to offer memorable stays.

Apartment well located, just 900 m from Praia da Rocha and 1 km from the Portimão Marina, where you can take the boats for the various tours that the region offers. With 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 people, it has a furnished balcony so you can dine or just relax while enjoying the great sun exposure of the Algarve. Inserted in a building with elevator and private parking (without the right to reserve), it is fully equipped, including air conditioning (hot/cold) and a washing machine, and all sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper. The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm. Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
