This fun beautiful studio with a spacious bathroom, compact but complete kitchenette and great outdoor space is perfect for the travelers that are ready to explore the local beaches, natural reserve and town. Brand NEW LISTING April 2024! Experienced hosts but a fresh new home for you to enjoy. THINGS TO LOVE - Adorable, well-stocked, BRAND NEW stand alone, detached studio/guest house - 10 minute walk to town, the beach and the amazing Ericeira reserve - Private outdoor patio space - Dedicated heat and air conditioning - Work-friendly internet and Wi-Fi - Committed to sustainability - We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive - We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early THINGS TO KNOW - On a property with a main house and pool. The pool and outdoor shower are NOT available for studio guests. - Perfect studio for 2 people - Street parking in front of the house - Light sleepers may hear the traffic on N247 - Kitchenette with small refrigerator/freezer, microwave and 2 burner stove top - Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival
