Offering a natural lagoon, this 1.4-hectares property is situated on the plateau of Santo da Serra, in Madeira Island. The pet-friendly Quinta do Pântano, Agro Turismo offers free Wi-Fi. Some accommodations at Pântano have a kitchenette and a porch overlooking the beautiful gardens. The private bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer, and amenities . Accommodations are serviced and towels are changed every 2 days. Breakfast is included in the rate and the guests are the ones preparing their own meals at their accommodation. We provide the following food for breakfast: farm eggs, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cheese,ham, butter and homemade jams. Guests can also enjoy the barbecue area. Santo da Serra Golf Course is located 400 metres from The Quinta. A shuttle service can be organised to Funchal International Airport, located 8 km from Agro Turismo. Guests will find the Machico and Santa Cruz beaches 8 and 7 km away, respectively.

Being in the middle of the countryside and close to the Poiso, Pico do Areeiro and Pico Ruivo mountains, as well as the various Levadas of Ribeiro Frio, Vereda das Funduras and Ponta de São Lourenço. The airport is 7 km away, as are the beaches of Santa Cruz, Machico and Caniçal. Ideal for those who enjoy hiking or trekking.
I'm a versatile person, I do a bit of everything on the farm, I like customers to feel at home. I'm president and founding member of the Madeira Rural Association of Rural Tourism Houses in Madeira, I'm president of the 100 a Hora Madeira Automobile Club, where I organize a rally and a ramp for the Madeira Rally Championships. Antique cars and horses are my hobbies.
You can eat the best traditional "Espetada" with fresh meat, homemade bread and American wine sangria from Thursday to Saturday. Enjoy cider or Bolo do Caco, a good freshly made Poncha (Poncha da Fátima), golf or horse riding.
