Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday apartment "Referta Apartamento T1" is located in Prazeres. This 75 m² property located on the upper floor of a house (the ground floor can be occupied by other guests) consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace that offers fantastic sea views and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and another parking space is available in a garage. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available.
