Close to the sea and restaurants, this completely renovated duplex is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to spend a good season in Madeira. A fifteen minute drive from the centre of Funchal and ten minutes from the airport, this property is recommended for those who prefer to be relatively close to the city but in a quiet place with good access. With two floors, the apartment has four bedrooms, three with double bed, one with two single beds. It has three bathrooms, one with bathtub. You can also use the barbecue area on one of the balconies for an outdoor meal.

The 'Reis Magos' area is known for its quietness and beautiful promenade, which connects the sea and the land in perfect harmony. The building is situated five hundred meters away from this fantastic walk, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or to make beach during the hottest days.
