Founded in 1932, the Pensão Residencial Fortunato excels by the familiar and relaxed atmosphere. It has commercial expression for three generations, being one of the oldest houses of this branch of Ericeira and with a history always linked to a family culture and closely linked to the roots of the village in which it is inserted. Its staff is committed to serving the client and perfectly integrated in the space and its director a man with a vast culture and experience of the zone in which the residential is inserted.

The Residencial Fortunato is situated in the center of Ericeira village, in the main street, 100 meters from the beach. It is near the pubs, bars and discos of the village and the clients can walk to accede to leisure zones as there is a little distance between these zones and the residential. Ericeira is situated 45 Km from the capital city and airport and it is one of the most attractive touristic centers. It is 25 Km from Sintra (30 minutes of travelling), 30 Km from Cascais / Estoril (40 minutes), 10 Km from Mafra, 70 Km from Peniche / Óbidos (an hour distance). It is itself an excellent touristic center with many and several attractions.
