An elegant, modern brand new decorated two bedroom apartment in the prime location in town. Fully equipped. Integrated into a secure block of apartments. Centrally located with everything needed within a walking distance. Such as cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, Commercial Center, chemist, tourist attractions.

Neighbourhood information

Rooftop Marina lI is situated in a building just in front of the Funchal harbour. Next to the Santa Catarina park.Close to the Cathedral, Sé. The city market of Funchal, Mercado dos Lavradores. You can visit the most important monuments just by walking around. There’s a choice of traditional and international restaurants at reasonable prices - just a minute away, you have at least ten recommended restaurants and bars. Great location, so many restaurants in walking distance, as well as shopping centre, supermarket and pharmacy. There are regular buses from the centre of Funchal and from there, regular to buses all over the island.
