We decided to better explore our family farm. We created the Intact Farm Resort by building some bungalows integrated with the beautiful natural and agricultural landscape, with a privileged view over the Channel and Pico Island.
The Intact Azorean Nature project promotes turism as a trigger to boost the island economic growth and development. We've planted some vines to bring back the Casteletes Wine and we help to show S. Jorge natural and beatiful landscapes, so that our island is sustainable again.
Urzelina is in a privileged location in S. Jorge Island. Is located a couple of minutes from the airport and nearly on the island midle point. You can fastly access the island villages and trails. Less than 1 mile tou have natural oceanic swimming pools and Urzelina harbour where you can go for a swim and snorkeling.
