This historic house once belonged to Francisco Pina Ferraz, one of the prominent landlords of Portugal, and his family crest still adorns the main entrance facade. The property boasts a 4-hectare park in front of the house, featuring a century-old grove of cork trees. Nestled in a quaint village near Portugal's highest mountain, Serra da Estrela, the residence offers 2 suites and a day bed in the office on the first floor. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen seamlessly integrates with the dining area in an open-plan layout. Additionally, a sizable courtyard area outside the house is available for use. Onsite parking is complimentary and conveniently located at the front of the property. Café Central is a mere 50 meters away, and supermarkets can be reached within a 20-minute drive.
