With a beautiful view of the ocean and the village of Cascais, this small, very cosy and well equipped studio flat is a 5 minute drive from the historical centre, and a 15 minute walk to the beaches and the centre. Light, airy, well equipped with WiFi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, desk and an overhead ceiling fan. The flat sleeps two, with the bonus of an amazing ocean view over Cascais from the veranda. The apartment is cosily decorated with a large comfortable double bed. The kitchen has everything necessary for preparing breakfast to be enjoyed on the veranda taking in the stunning blue of the sea, or for that lazy stay at home evening with a glass of wine! The neighbourhood is very quiet, served by public transport, free and easy parking. An Uber costs just over 2 Euros from the station if you have heavy luggage.

The flat is well located in a quiet residential area, with a supermarket , restaurants and cafes close by. The Cascais Shopping Centre is also nearby, and one can catch the local Giro bus to get there from right in front of the building. The Giro also circulates around Cascais. Cascais is a great place to holiday, to relax and unwind. The local beaches and the historical centre of town a 15/20 minute walk from the flat, where there are great sea food restaurants, the museum centre and a fun night life. There are bikes and scooters that can be rented to get to the famous surfing beach, Praia do Guincho, roughly 5km away. Estoril with its Casino is also very close by. Cascais is strategically very well located so when you want a change of scenary from the beaches, Lisbon is only a 35 minute train ride away, and trains depart at regular intervals. All the historical sites and Belem are very easy to visit in a day or two, then back to chill out on your veranda with a glass of local wine! Cascais is also a great base to visit Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with it’s charming centre, and palaces, a fairy tale town. There are stunning beaches and Cabo da Roca close by too.
