IMPORTANT NOTICES: A nearby property is being demolished and renovated, which can cause noise during the day (between 8:00 and 17:30). This could go on for a few months, so if you're looking for calm and quiet, a stay further away from the city centre might be more suitable. The 2nd floor bedroom is exclusive for parties of 3 or more guests and, otherwise, will not be prepared for use. It will still be open and accessible, but it will not be equipped with bed linens, bath towels, etc. For smaller parties to use the second bedroom it will be necessary to pay extra 25 EUR/night during check-in (not included in the reservation price). Late arrivals (after 21:00) are subject to the payment of a special 30 EUR fee during check-in.
