Detailed description of accommodation: The new luxury triplex Villas (each triplex Villa/building – this is 1300.00 sqm, 3 floors / 13 Rooms.Each floor of the triplex Villa /Building has a separate entrance and staircase located on different sides of the Building /triplex Villla.Technical detailed layout of the triplex Villas :Ground Floor of the triplex Villa: Reception /Lounge/President Residence. 4Rooms Superior Residence entire floor 2 of the Villa.Penthouse family type: 3rd floor of the Villa.Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed, concluded and returned to the property along with the required id documentation prior to arrival no late than 14 days before arrival, (pre registration & registration process).Force- majeure: the property is exempt from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances,in case of violation of accepted policy by guests , pandemics, natural disasters, epidemic, lockdown, restrictions and other actions of government and executive authorities . In case of restrictions that the valid self rapid tests or vaccination certificate will be required upon arrival from the each guest. For the groups will be required security/damage deposit 70 euro per person. Deposit will be refunded after check out if damages / other problems does not exist. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book and provide instructions. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first nights after reservation and remaining amount 30 days before arrival. If cancel,no show,modify or remaining amount and required documentation and amounts will not be provided during the policy time,in case of violation of these rules and policy,the reservation and accommodation service will be cancelled under non refundable conditions. Pets : 25 euro per pet per day.
