If you like to go swimming, we can recommend you the wellness center in the Vila Galé Hotel. It's open for the public, you pay 15 EUR and you can enjoy all facilities as long as you want.
There is one Vila Galé Hotel in the center of Tavira, which is always open, and there is one further away at the seaside, which is only open in Summer time.
You can pay extra for a nice massage, it will do you good.
