Relax in this unique and peaceful getaway with the ocean in the background. A few meters from the islet of São Roque and 5mn by car from the center of Ponta Delgada and the nearest beaches (São Roque, Milícias and Pópulo) it is the perfect place for the balance between what the city has to offer and an immersion in the ocean. This villa has been completely refurbished, where modernity and comfort have been thought out in detail. It is just 10 minutes from the airport.
Being part of our family native from the Azores, we decided to move permanently to the island of São Miguel, a fantastic island that welcomed us, where we spend more time together and where we set up our own business. When we travel, we know how important it is to stay in a memorable, welcoming place where we lack nothing. That is why we take great pleasure in offering the best accommodation, with the best conditions, to those who visit us.
Terreiro Ocean House is located in the Terreiro neighborhood, in São Roque, known for its unique construction houses, with a significant identity image. The Terreiro neighborhood was built more than fifty years ago, whose characteristics of the facades have been maintained until the present. The house communicates with a pedestrian and cycle path in front of the sea, which ends in the marina of Ponta Delgada. A few meters away are two viewpoints, with a privileged view over the São Roque's islet, as well as the bathing area of ​​Forno de Cal. The main beaches in the Ponta Delgada area, such as São Roque, Milícias and Pópulo, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are plenty of parking options. A few meters from the house are some of the best known restaurants in Ponta Delgada, such as Cais 20, Quiosque da Av. do Mar, Mariserra and Galego. There are several free parking solutions nearby.
