Just steps from the sea in Espinho, this three-storey house offers a cozy escape where comfort meets coastal calm. In a quiet yet central area, it’s close to restaurants, cafés, and local shops. The ground floor features a private garage with direct access, a small windowless bedroom with a double bed and integrated shower, plus a guest WC. On the 1st floor, enjoy a bright living room with a chaise-longue sofa, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and Delta coffee machine. The top floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, the other a sunny suite with a larger bed, balcony, and en-suite with bathtub. Ideal for families or professionals, the house includes heating, fast access to Porto, and a layout that balances social and private areas. Note: no A/C, stairs throughout, and a windowless bedroom may not suit all guests. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Additional cost of 25EUR for check-ins after 22:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding EUR150 will be charged separately. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
