We are URBAN VIEWS by Adequadoasis, Lda. The company that has rebuilt a small building with the same and unique purpose: bring you the best Portuguese experience. We offer beautifully furnished, well located apartments and houses for your holiday or business stay. We're ideal for travellers who enjoy sleeping in comfortable homes! I'll be your private host and I 'm very enthusiastic that the company has invited me to run the first steps on this business back in 2018.

Private GARAGE for customers, are the "MUST" of Urban Views ML apartments. [subject to availability - make your reservation MANDATORY] This was the company's second project. Building from the 60s with just four (4) apartments. With the name "inspired Torre dos Clérigos", located on the 1st floor of the building and facing north. The garage and patio are where 3 cars can be parked upon reservation (MANDATORY) and subject to availability. The 1 or 2 bedroom(s) apartment comes fully furnished for all your travel needs.

Neighbourhood information

Urban Views - Monte Louro apartments is one of Porto's residential block best kept secret. An eclectic neighbourhood "MARQUÊS" defined by its quiet residents, food scene, character homes, vintage scene, great traditional shops and one of a kind boutique shops only minutes away. Far enough from the touristic crazy downtown city but a walking distance to all local amenities. This is definitely a non-touristic area. Transports and Uber takes you to all the touristic spots in 5 minutes.
