The interior with 9 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with 90 m2, pool table and a gym, bring the so desired fun and relaxation when on vacation. Moving towards the exterior further amusement awaits as a private swimming pool 6 x 3 m, a deck with sunbeds and lounge area. The villa has also a tennis table, pool table, basketball hoop, hammocks and TV with loudspeakers, that will deliver great moments in the company of the ones you love. The surroundings don´t fall short of things to do, as within a short drive you will find a handful of amusement and sport facilities such as two 18-hole championship golf courses, tennis courts, bar, snack-bar and restaurants. The villa is located in a village called Belverde. About 700 meters you can find a supermarket and 5 km away is the Aroeira Golf Resort, where guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses (Aroeira I and Aroeira II), Belverde is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports. About 6 km away, you'll find a wide range of beach bars and restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset, and that after nightfall turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
