Luxurious villa with private heated pool, located in a calm area just 1 km from the beautiful beach of São Martinho do Porto. Big and light open kitchen/living room concept, with direct access to a fully equipped pool area providing with BBQ, dining area and loungers. 3 spacious bedrooms divided on 2 floors, 3 full bathrooms and beautifully designed throughout. Enjoy a day at the beach and come home to a BBQ dinner by the warm pool in the sunset.

Located on a calm and quiet street, just 1 km from the beautiful beach of São Martinho which has been voted to the best beach for families in Portugal! Thanks to its seashell shaped bay, waves can not enter making it perfect for families with smaller children! - 1km to the beach, restaurants and everything that São Martinho Do Porto has to offer. - 4 km to the bigger supermarket Intermarché - 700m to the supermarket Supermercado Graciete - Ca 15 km to the beautiful village of Nazaré, and the biggest waves in the works (big wave season Oct-Mar) Walking to the beach of São Martinho takes ca 15 min. To explore more a car or bikes are good options.
