Property information

The Terrace Apartment is a modern apartment with a spacious terrace area located just 300 meters to the beach It is perfect for surfers or beach-goers as there is a entrance to the terrace with a private outdoor shower. Surf racks are provided in the secured garage for easy storage, and there is a dedicated wetsuit rack. Please do note the following: 1) Mattresses are firm 2) Garage ramp to private parking is steep 3) Condominium pool is shared between 9 units 4) Security deposit to be paid in cash at check-in 5) Major construction work across the street is expected to be completed by spring 2021, with the entire project expected to be finished by the end 2022. There is other construction work ongoing in the area. 6) House, condo, and pool rules will be provided during check-in and as a link in the welcome message. Guests will be asked to sign a check-in form acknowledging that they have read and understood the house, condo & pool rules, and they will adhere to the rules. 7) Storage closet in garage may need to be accessed by our property manager and/or housekeeping during your stay. 8) Beach towels are not provided

Amazing location just 300 meters to Baleal beach and various surf spots! Restaurants, bars, stores, and the supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The best of Baleal is just a short walk away. Come and get your dose of Vitamin Sea!
