House with a maximum capacity for 5 adults and 2 children. It has 2 floors: - Groundfloor: kitchen with pantry, living and dining room and a toilet. - 1st floor: three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and one bathroom to support the other two bedrooms. Outside you may find a car garage, a patio with barbecue and a dining area, as well as the condominium swimming pools (adults and children). The house is located 650 meters from the beach, excellent for resting in a quite neighbourhood, close to great beaches (3 Irmãos, Prainha, Alvor, Alemão and Rocha) and the Ria de Alvor. It is also close to areas for practicing outdoor sports (kitsurfing, canoeing, skydiving, golf, nature trails,...).
