One of the closest house to the Baleal Beach, directly in front of Lagide Surf Break. Just 20 meters from the cliff overlooking Lagide, and 100 meters from Baleal beach.
All windows have a view of the ocean, while the 2 bedrooms and their balconies have a direct view of surfers. South bedroom has a view of Cantinho Da Baia, while the north facing master's bedroom has a direct view of Lagide.
And after all the outdoor fun, enjoy relaxing in our home equipped with a home theater system. Power by a 65 inch C2 LG TV, Sony HTA-7000 soundbar, and a PS4. A fully electric, reclining sofa completes this luxury setup.
The property has direct access to the beach/cliff area thru a gate from the backyard. This is perfect for Barbeques, and also servers as a staging area for going to the beach or surfing.
The front patio is directly by the sidewalk to Baleal beach, perfect for morning coffee, and socializing with other tourists.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to 2 single beds.
There is a third floor attic, but it's a restricted area.
