This rustic one bedroom house provides an opportunity for a perfect retreat, away from the disquietudes of busy cities and traffic. We inform that check-ins, between 9 pm and 8 am, have an extra cost of 25 euros, that is charged in the moment of the check-in. The standard check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Please be advised that the grass is cut on Saturdays from 10am to 5pm. We would like to inform you that, as of January 1, 2025, a new law has come into effect in the Azores, which requires the charge of a tourist tax of 2 euros per night, per guest, for the first 3 nights of their stay. This charge will be applied to all guests, unless they meet one of the exemption criteria set out in the legislation. Exemptions: The following categories are exempt from the tourist tax: a) Guests under the age of 13; b) Guests whose stay is motivated by the need to receive medical services, for the duration of the necessary treatment plus one additional night, with this exemption extending to one person accompanying the patient (even if the companion does not stay overnight at the establishment due to health reasons); c) Guests with a physical disability of 60% or greater; d) Residents of the Azores.
