West Coast Design and Surf Villas are owned by Domusrehabita, which since 2004 has been dedicated to urban rehabilitation in Portugal. Our goal is to make emblematic works in unique locations, allowing the visitor to enjoy a memorable stay, combining the architectural aspect, with modern design and amenities. The rehabilitation techniques and materials used are based on a permanent concern for environmental sustainability, from a circular economy perspective. In these villas, unique, secular-based techniques were used.

The West Coast Sea Azenhas Design and Surf Villas allow the visitor to be part of the unique setting of the place, located in the central area of ​​the village with easy access and front sea views. The houses have been rehabilitated using traditional materials and ancient techniques to provide a unique and memorable experience. The interiors recreate the traditional conditions of the place, with the use of ancestral furniture, and there are salamanders and pyres for the cold days, added to today's amenities such as high-speed internet (5G), 4K TVs, services streaming, air conditioning. Design and well-being are constant concerns, in a permanent effort to achieve the best stay. Due to its location, surfing, kite surfing or wind surfing are extremely easy, and the villas are fully prepared for the guests.
