The apartment is recent and is amazingly comfortable. Here you'll have at your disposal a bedroom for two (the bed has 1,40mX2m); in the living room the sofa also becomes a bed for two with the same size as described above. There is also a flat TV screen to watch during your meals. In the kitchenet you have the electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwaves, a coffee machine and even a toaster. The balcony has a barbecue and a great table with room easily for six. The condominium also offers other facilities as a kid’s pool and another one for adults in the rooftop with sea view. Here you will also find a playground for kids. Parking your car will not be an issue as one place in the garage for your vehicle is also included. This is perfect for four people but you also have a couch for an extra person, just in case.

The apartment is only about 150 meters walking distance from the beach. Nearby you'll find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, coffee shops, banks or pharmacies just around 5 minutes maximum walking distance. It’s the perfect place to rest quietly during your vacation time and also to taste a little bit of Algarve.
