Once your booking is confirmed, we will kindly ask you to provide us with your email address so that we can send you all the necessary information:
✔️ PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit of 25% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking (by bank transfer or credit card). The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
✔️ SEASONAL RENTAL CONTRACT: A contract will be established to formalize your booking transparently and ensure a secure rental experience.
✔️ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Need a baby cot, beach towels, or any special service? We will provide you with all available options to make your stay even more comfortable.
✔️ DETAILED ITINERAY: You will receive precise directions to easily reach your villa.
✔️ CHECK-IN INFORMATION: We will inform you about the check-in process, including an in-person meeting with our team upon your arrival.
✔️ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card upon arrival. This will be released no later than 15 days after your departure, provided no damage has been reported.
